In 2021, Bob founded Groove Synthesis with the vision of advancing wavetable synthesis. Under his leadership, the company introduced the 3rd Wave synthesizer, a modern homage to the classic PPG Wave series. The 3rd Wave features 24-voice polyphony and four-part multitimbrality, blending vintage character with contemporary functionality.
